Local Delivery Policy

ATXFOODCO offers local delivery within designated service areas in Austin, Texas. By placing an order for local delivery, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Area & Eligibility

Local delivery is available only to addresses located within our approved delivery zones. Eligibility is determined at checkout based on the address you provide. ATXFOODCO reserves the right to update or modify delivery zones at any time.

Delivery Windows

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, traffic conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control. While we make every effort to deliver within the selected window, ATXFOODCO does not guarantee exact delivery times.

Delivery Instructions & Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including gate codes, apartment numbers, and any special instructions. ATXFOODCO is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

Delivery Completion

A delivery is considered complete when the order is left at the address provided or handed directly to the customer or an authorized recipient. If no one is available, orders may be left at the door unless otherwise specified. ATXFOODCO is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.

Perishable Items

Many ATXFOODCO products are perishable and require prompt refrigeration. Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered items in a timely manner. ATXFOODCO is not liable for spoilage due to delayed pickup.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be submitted before the order cutoff time. Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, it cannot be modified or refunded.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, inaccessible locations, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned or canceled at ATXFOODCO’s discretion. Additional fees may apply.

Weather & Safety

ATXFOODCO may delay or suspend deliveries during severe weather or unsafe conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes when possible.
